The LCS company, managing yachts’ upkeep and maintenance in the French city of La Ciotat, is getting a 4000-ton-elevator to welcome the largest mega-yachts in the world. This brand new platform has the appearance of a sperm whale, such an iconic cetacean swimming in the Mediterranean waters.
To announce its upcoming arrival without disclosing too much about it, I was asked to create an illustration that has since been published in the SuperYacht Report magazine No. 189.
Imitating a kind stork delivering a baby, this is here a quite heavy infant bravely carried by a seagull to La Ciotat of which you can see the famous gantry in the distance.
